Episode One – Grilled Tomatillo Salsa

We had a lot of fun with the first shoot, mic gain was a bit too high, we are working on that and getting good audio for David as well.  But this is a great side or just an appetizer that is too good not to make and make often.   Plus you will finally know what to do with those funny looking paper wrapped green tomato things.
